Wally probably doesn’t need much of an introduction, he’s one of the most well know Microsoft speakers, but here’s his Bio anyways.

Wally Mead has been with Microsoft for 21 years, working almost exclusively with Microsoft’s systems management technologies (SMS 1.0 through Configuration Manager 2012). He now works as the community lead for the Configuration Manager product group, managing the MVPs, discussion aliases and forums, and working with TAP customers on evaluating pre-release versions of Configuration Manager.

We ask that you please RSVP at the following link so that we can get an accurate count for catering! https://msmugsep2013.eventbrite.com/

Also, keep an eye out for upcoming announcement regarding System Center Universe 2012. We will be having a remote watch party event here in Madison like we had a year ago.

For this meeting we had Sherry Kissinger come in with a presentation and demo of SRS reporting in Configuration Manager.

We reviewed setup and configuration of SRS, Creating a variety of reports as well as making them visually pleasing. Sherry was able to take audience request and create reports on the fly for us to demonstrate the power of using SRS.

Sherry was kind enough to share her presentation, example reports, and some extra goodies with the group.
